My experience with Junk-A-Car was outstanding. I have never sold a car for scrap before. I called and spoke with Terrence. He was very helpful and gave me a fair quote after I texted him a photo of the car. He called me back when he said he would. Amazing! Next, I was transferred to Sherese who explained the process and what paperwork was needed. Sherese was very pleasant, professional and efficient. She connected me with the local towing company, Co-Part, who would be picking up the car. K.Z. at Co-Part was lovely to work with. She was very cordial and professional. I can’t believe how smoothly it all worked. Since I could not be there when my car was picked up, I was mailed my check and got it the next day. I hope I don’t have to sell a car for scrap again but would not hesitate to use Junk-A-Car.
